How to retrieve your device codes and reset a locked device.

You are able to see your device codes at any time through the "Account Login" section within the website.
Once inside, you will click on "Subscription info". From that menu you will have the ability to retrieve your device pin codes as well as reset and IP locked or unresponsive device. This is done by unlinking the device then using the new provided pin code. Once you hit the unlink button on the device matching the serial number. Then you will need to refresh your browser. A new pin code should appear. You will use that code to activate your device again.
